TLDR : Answer Summary
The question addresses concerns about checking for negative notes in a profile regarding a denied DTV application. Responses indicate that there is no direct way to access such internal government system notes or to remove them independently. It is suggested that using a Thai agent with local contacts might be the most viable option, although these services may not be openly advertised.

Some agents have contacts. These are mostly Thai agents. If it was me I would only use a Thai Agent in a case like this. I doubt they would advertise these services openly.

again... Why don't you disclose that you are a Thai Visa Agent? And describe the services you ok offer with fees stated?

There is no way to know it. Also valid for immigration notes. You may however know when blacklisted.
