Some feed back from my visit to CW in Bangkok for an extension to my Non O visa ( Retirement).

I arrived at 8am and was first in the small queue at Bkk bank to get my letter and update my bank book. After photocopies of the pages in the book were done I went upstairs and got my ticket in immigration.

Had a 90 minute wait before I was called forward for my documents to be checked and put in order, then about 15 minutes later I had to present everything to the lady immigration officer.

She was very pleasant and was joking with my girlfriend.

All good, no problems and she handed my passport to another lady for stamping. All done before the lunchtime break.

I had my passport, copies of visa, entry stamp and information pages. My bank book and copies of the pages. Also a 12 month bank statement and a letter from the bank confirming my savings account.

Copy of girlfriend’s house book and her ID card and a Google map printout of her condo position. Not forgetting the TM30 printout.

A TM 7 and 3 other small forms filled out and a passport photo.

It sounds like a lot do but if you do it in stages and gather everything together is not too stressful.

Successfully submitted my stay extension ( Non O visa.Thai Wife today at CW Immigration office...hassle free with my online appointment booking in advance...straight to C29/L1-2102 Q#...was called in at 9.45am (appoitment at 10am only.....so be early at least by 30min)..appreciate all the help and guidance given by members here especially K Tod Daniels👍

Can someone please confirm where in Bangkok to apply for the Covid extension as I thought it was the Muong Thani immigration but I also saw that the IT Square mall location does the same. TIA

CW immigration office ... what time does it open please. Also the Bangkok Bank in the complex what time does it open. Any COVID test report to be carried? Going tomorrow to get the stamp after initial 30 days for consideration are over. Thanks in advance.

Anyone doing COVID extension off a non-b at CW, go straight to counter M55 to get your queue number. They’re not giving them at the main counter anymore. Hope this saves someone some time.

Hi, I am planning to visit CW immigration office later this week to do a 60 day extension based on marriage to a Thai, is there a website or app I could use to book an appt to avoid long queue and going there early ? Tx

In the next few weeks I will go to renew my extension at Bangkok CW. As with every year, I’ve forgotten when is the earliest I can apply prior to the actual date. Can someone advise please. Also, are extensions still issued at the CW immigration building, or that other venue they are using for some other issues.

At CW doing extension. A quick word of warning. If you are a SCB customer the CW branch has closed, you now have to take a motorbike to local branch near Big C. B40

Need to go fetch my visa tomorrow, but I only finish at 12 in minburi. Do you think I’ll have enough time to get there ?
