For this address information, I am a little bit confused and doing some search in groups and seeing different answers. So let me ask here. I am going to apply at Laos for this application. And yes I have different address for my home country.

So, where should I fill that laos address (hotel) information and my home country address information? First or second?

When it asks for current location on the application does it mean my home address back home or the hotel I’m staying in in the Philippines?

I’d like to ask for some clarification from those who have recently applied for the DTV, especially while being outside their home country 🙏

Scenario:

* Italian passport holder

* Habitual residence in Italy

* Currently in Bali (Indonesia) on a valid visa

* Applying for the DTV from Indonesia

* Will fly directly from Bali to Thailand once the visa is approved

In case of a new DTV application, I’d like to understand how to correctly complete the following fields:

STEP 1️⃣ – CURRENT LOCATION

(the field that determines the embassy / jurisdiction)

– Should this be the country where you are physically located at the time of application (Indonesia),

or the country of habitual residence (Italy)?

STEP 2️⃣ – HOME ADDRESS

– Should this be your official residential address in your home country, even if you are temporarily abroad?

STEP 4️⃣ – SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS: PROOF OF CURRENT LOCATION

– Should this refer to your current physical location (e.g. Indonesian visa / entry stamp / accommodation),

or to your home residence address?

I want to make sure everything is fully consistent and truthful, especially since I am applying from Indonesia and will not transit through Italy before entering Thailand.

Any real experiences or confirmed outcomes would be extremely helpful 🙏

Maybe it's a dumb question. Still, can somebody tell me what I need to attach in "Document indicating current location"? My country of citizenship (my driving license or any utility bills), or where I am right now (at that time while submitting the documents)?

- Is it both flight & accommodation to upload as below? (Can I attach it all together as one or separate attachments?)

FLIGHT: (Pic of physical ticket with passport, flight confirmation email & receipt from bank to show payment?)

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING: confirmation from Agoda/online receipt/entry stamp/pic of you at accommodation)

- only 6m recent bank statements right?

Where do I upload my rental contract for proof of residence in Thailand? Should I also attach my Thai drivers license for proof of residence or not needed?)

After these are uploaded; once I click “DONE” that’s what I press after I’m in Vietnam and all docs/pics uploaded correct?

Just want to make sure all of this is correct!

If you applied with children dependents, what document did you provide for "Document indicating current location"? On my application, I used my Driver's license for that question because it had my address. My kids don't get mail and their IDs don't have their address on them.

Need some advice, in which part do I upload all the stamps of my passport (which Vietnam require)

Is current location a hotel booking or passport stamp or both ?

—-for the address part - is that correct - the first one is permanent address in Thailand and second is current address in Vietnam?
