Once your DTV is approved. What documents are you required to have with you incase they ask at immigration upon entry?
Should you print the dtv or is a phone version okay..
Answer summary
When entering Thailand with a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa), it is recommended to have printed documents, specifically the approval confirmation of the DTV. Immigration officials might prefer or require a physical printout rather than a mobile version. Users advised that it's best to carry a laminated copy of the DTV approval to facilitate the verification process at immigration. Additionally, having all related documents in a portable format, like a PDF on your phone or cloud storage, is suggested for extra preparedness.

Print it in a size same as Passport, easy to carry.
They will eventually check the details on there system so no issues with small fonts.
The requirement is to print it out. If you check the approval email you received and the notice at the airport it says present a printed copy. Of course, you can always do whatever you want.
