My partner and I entered the country on tourist visas, and he recently secured a teaching position. The school is currently preparing the documentation for his Non-B visa application. I was wondering if it’s possible for me to apply for a Non-O visa as his dependent?

Hi, I already got my DTV and now my wife would like to apply as a dependent. I understood that she won’t have to provide all the document I had to provide but only mention she is applying as a dependent. She has more than 500k but the thing is it’s on a joint account with her mom (both names appears on the bank account statements), will it work for the application?
