I see that you need to show proof of a boarding pass and accommodation in Thailand , but yet they can still deny your visa ? đ
Also do people recommend applying direct to the Thai E-visa website or do you have a better chance with an agency like Siam Legal or Issa Compass ?
I am from Ireland but will most likely be applying in Spain
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the requirements for obtaining a Thai visa, emphasizing the need for a boarding pass and accommodation proof, while also questioning the potential for visa denial despite meeting these requirements. Users recommend either applying directly via the official Thai E-visa website or using an agency like Siam Legal or Issa Compass to improve chances of approval. Various comments provide personal experiences with visa application processes, touching on topics such as document preparation and embassy requirements.
I needed no âproof,â of accomodation in Thailand fo Laos đWhere are you people finding this shti, and how on earth are you submitting cover letters etc when they only allow 3MB per file to upload 𤣠I listed a hotel name and address, no invoice or itinerary, no cover letter, just soft power invoice and bank statements. 9 days. Yall making things harder on people lol
You still have to apply yourself for your visa, in a country outside of Thailand. If you pay an agent, they can only help you prepare all the required documents for your chosen DTV visa route, which should reduce the chance of rejection, as they know what to look for
I did all my own preparation for my application applying for DTV as a freelancer, with all the support evidence.
All went through smoothly. HCMC embassy 7 working days from start to Visa issued
