What are the DTV visa application requirements for non-Nepalese applying from Nepal?
Anyone (non-Nepalese) applied for a workcation DTV from Nepal in Septmeber? Did they ask Proof of Permanent Residence in Nepal and Certificate of Criminal Recod Clearance? Thanks!

You can only apply at an embassy where you are physically located and either have nationality or permanent residence. If you are a non-Nepalese, of course you need to show residency, unless you are from a near by country without a Thai embassy that has been assigned to the embassy in Nepal (Bhutan?)
