TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to obtain a 60-day extension on a 1-year Extension of Stay based on marriage, particularly if you are unable to travel due to COVID-19. Requirements can vary between immigration offices, but generally, you will need to submit your passport along with copies of various documents, complete a TM30, and provide evidence from your embassy regarding your travel restrictions. Fees and additional documentation may also be required based on local policies.

60 days extension would be either based on visiting a Thai family (if you didn't get one on your current entry) or being unable to travel due to Covid (if the immigration office grants you). Different requirements for those.
