Quick question.. can I get a 30 day extension on my present marriage visa..? It’s just to ensure I have the 400K in the bank for the full two months, it’s getting renewed early May but may have a major expenditure in March that would cause the balance to dip below 400K..

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the possibility of obtaining a 30-day extension on their marriage visa to ensure they meet the 400,000 baht requirement in their bank for two months. Commenters clarify that while a 30-day extension might not be available, a one-year extension is possible, and suggest applying for a 60-day extension first.

What is a marriage visa?

But seeing you like to apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay, you could apply first for the 60 days Extension of Stay based on visiting your family and before these 60 days end and the money is at least 2 months seasoned apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay
