Can I get a 45-day tourist visa extension in a different city if I've already applied for a 60-day extension?

Has anyone applied for a tourist 60 day extension (15+45) at one office (receive 15 days, then visa under consideration) and then tried to get the next 45 day stamp in another city/ office? Or is it required to return to the same office and city?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have applied for a 60-day tourist extension and received a 'under consideration' stamp in your passport, it is mandatory to return to the same immigration office to finalize the next 45-day extension stamp. Other offices, even within the same province, cannot process your extension due to the existing 'under consideration' status.

Only the immigration office that issued under consideration stamp can close that stamp and give you the stamp for the rest of 60days. Nowhere else you can do. Even in the same province, the different office cannot give you a new stamp with open-under-consideration-stamp.

Return to the same you need

You MUST return to the immigration office as instructed... which placed the UNDER CONSIDERATION stamp in your passport.
