Greetings everyone. In the end of the March I got an embassy letter. Can I use the exact same letter for getting an extension after 26th September? Or do I need to get a new one?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that you will need a new embassy letter to apply for a visa extension after September 26th. The general rule discussed indicates that immigration requires the embassy letter to be less than 30 days old, and recent changes in immigration rules suggest that an updated letter would be necessary, especially considering it should reflect current circumstances.
It's necessary a new one; on the letter of April it was written "due to the COVID19 epidemic", now a letter due to the lack of flights which makes difficult to back to our Countries is necessary.
From my understanding the embassy letter has to be less than 30 days old, or immigration won't accept it. There were some letters issued back in March, but since then the immigration rules have changed.
You don't mention which embassy or what is the reason for your extension.
My guess is that, IF your embassy is one of the few still issuing them, you will most likely need a new letter (my guess is that you want to extend a tourist visa?)
