For 60 day tourist visa, what are people entering for accommodation when traveling a lot? My concern if I just put one hotel and it’s showing receipt of say 10days then visa gets rejected . It’s hard enough just getting the right details for one place as opposed to probably a dozen places.😡🥵.
The E-Visa Website had undergone some updating on Saturday night. The wording changed for literally the same thing.
"Processing" remained the same (Checking documents), but the term "pending approval" now is called "pending decision" which means somebody higher up has yet to sign his/her approval.
Mine took thirty days from submission, which ended up being two weeks from departure. Somehow I boneheadedly mistakes on three documents.
Three. lol.
I corrected, sent back, and the next day, I was approved. My mistakes wouldn’t have added to time for approval as they hadn’t looked at it until four weeks. (Changed from pending to checking documents)
I do think there’s some truth to them looking at the flights closest to departure and prioritizing them, though I don’t have direct evidence of this.
Must be a new process in system since they reduced from 60 to 30, i still have a few weeks yet and will still be able to fly but it will mean a change of plans ach well shit happens, im not letting it stress the bejeezuz out of me. If it means a wee extra trip to Vietnam so be it.
Jackie Khamkhieo-George keep calm + collected, I was in panick mode but I didn't like that, ive slinked into it dont give a flying jeepster mode and im just gonna go with it, it hurts to be stressed lol
I think it has to do something with their website update yesterday. Maybe “pending for approval” indicated that the visa outcome would be positive, even tho it meant they were waiting for a final decision by consular officer, so they changed the wording
Dianne Jewell no need to cancel flight , all they need is flight ticket, a suitcase full of green to calm the fook down, a passport, some sunscreen and thai baht cash.. sorted
