What is the approval timeline and documentation experience for the DVT Workcation visa at the NY Consulate?

Just got approved today DVT Workcation NY Consulate..

So just to give back to the community.

I applied to NY USA. here is my time line.

Sept 10 th applied.. Doc check pending

Sept 11th Pending approval

No other communications

Approved 1am October 24th.

I own Realestate rentals more than 10 long term in My home state. Not Airbnbs. Have been doing it for 30 years.

I have a Professional Construction Supervisor Lic from my state. Im not incorporated but have Business name phone # email ect..

I submitted a cover letter with all that info and That I manage it remotely.

My Financials submitted from 2 different Credit Unions, Bank statements for 3 months for each 6 statements total in 1 PDF With my Home address on them.

Bank Statements showed direct deposits Monthly with tenants names with each transfer. So large amts of cash flow going in and expenses going out monthly. It also happen to Show Personal Quarterly Income Taxes paid to Federal Gov and My mafia based State tax.

I did not show Investment/Brokerage acct . Im not disclosing my assets.

For residency I gave my electric bill and water Bill stamped Paid by my town with a Sept 2nd date.

FBI back ground was done in a day online then finger prints at local US post office. No need for some service to do it. Easy Peasy. I did not have any apostle/ state certificate.. Its the FBI what else do they want!

I submitted flights coming in on Dec 7th from Cebu Phillipines to Krabi. That's my 1st 30 days of Lazy travel. I gave 1st 28 days of Hotels booked. Just names and locations only. Also I have a flight home to Boston Ma Feb 20th booked but now I will change to later.

Im just a Lazy Traveler from Boston over 50yr old. Traveled to Thailand last 4 years 30 days or so each. Looking to a bit more now..

No intentions to try to move permanently or buy a condo ect.. Just a Tourist

I know many younger people are applying for DVT to live longer term, I was too busy working to vacation earlier in life.
