Have couple questions that really confused me and would like to seek member's advise in here.

I arrived Thailand on Sept 24, 2023 with a NON - Immigrant OA retirement visa applied in the US.

Bangkok airport immigration stamped for 10 months stay - i think this is due to my return ticket only lasted up to July 27 2024.

I planned to arrange an extension of 1 year for the NON OA or new application of the NON O retirement visa sometime in June, at Immigration Division 1 Bangkok.

However, during my recent business trip to Indonesia, Airport immigration stamped NON OA evisa until May 7, 2025.

Does this means my visa just got renew/extended for 1 year until 2025? And i do not need to renew/extend at Division 1 in June 2024 in person?

Does this also means by 2025 before the stamp expire, i can just leave Thailand and return for another 1 year stamp up to 2026? without going to Division 1?

Thank you in advance for valuable input.

Hello, I just arrived in Thailand on a one year retirement visa. I have “multiple” re-entries. Question I have is what do I need to do to use a re-entry if I need to go back to the US a for something (family emergency, death of relative, etc)? Is there a procedure with Thai immigration or can I just get a ticket and go? Photos of stamp and visa below

Hi everyone.

I’m 62yo from Australia trying to get insurance to satisfy requirements for non Immigrant type O visa 90 days I’m getting quotes above 30.000 THB for 90 days only. Is that right ? Can anyone recommend a Thai Insurance company? Thai Consulate in Sydney is asking for a minimum cover of 400.000 THB as in-house Patient and 40.000 THB for out-patient as well as cover for COVID

Hello all looking for clarification on NonOA. First year visa expires 22/1 and insurance 9/2. To exit & re-enter by 22/1, do I need new insurance from 22/1 or 9/2? Thanks for advice 😎

Hello everybody,

I am planning to travel to Thailand with the STV visa. Now I am searching for an insurance and if I am right I am only allowed to take on of the insurances from this site: [members only] ?

So i was writing some of them and some are saying that I need 2 kind of insurance: Covid-19 insurance + health insurance but some just sent to me 1 kind of insurance. I am a little confused now, what exactly do I need to apply for the STV visa? What insurance did you take and which one would you recommend to me?

Thank you in advance
