UK 🇬🇧 London recent DTV holders - made my application 23.2 and requested more docs in the 24.2 do you think I will get feedback by 13th March ? Any insight on recent feedback approval times would great ? Be Kind One Love ♥️
Hi guys, advice needed plse. I submitted my DTV application via Thai E-Visa website (London, I'm a Brit) on 9th Feb, then on the 11th I submitted further documents at their request. Since then nothing seems to have changed. It states "pending document check 1 application" with the latest update of the 11th. Should it not come under the "checking additional documents"? I'm not sure about timescales (having not done this before), but it seems to be taking a long time. Is this normal (and am I just worrying for no reason)? My flight is booked for the 15th March, but I need to give notice on my current UK property and I'm not doing that to find out I get rejected. Also what options would I have if my application is declined?
Applied to New York Consulate for DTV remote work on Jan 8th. Status changed to pending approval the next day. No request for more documents from the consulate but still pending approval. What should my expectations be? Anyone can give an estimate for New York? Thanks.
How easy is the DTV approval process at the Chicago Consulate in general? How long does it usually take for a response after sending in all the documents? Safe to assume bank statements for three prior months or do they ask for six months? Anything to watch out for as we aim (with spouse) to do this later in 2026. Wondering if the Chicago Consulate accepts appointments in person or is the whole process online? Thank you.
Hi all. In the Thai evisa website. My application is in the "processing pending approval" stage. Is that mean that all the documents are fine and nothing is missing? How long will that be in this stage usually? That's 3rd day today since my application and we are soon entering the weekend, which I suppose they will not process in the weekend.
Hi, my DTV just got approved in Hanoi as remote work, after 8 days of wait.
I worked with ISSA Compass and the service has been great from beginning to end. It’s definitely worth using an agent I reckon, it’s expensive to wait in a random city for up to two weeks so I wouldn’t take the risk to mess up the application for a silly mistake after waiting 10 days in a hotel somewhere. A bit different if you doing it from your home town I guess.
Besides, they offer full refund in case your application is rejected, not to mention that 18 000 thb for a 5 year visa isn’t exactly expensive, that’s 9$ a month 😭. It’s no brainer.
Just saying this because of the amount of stress and anxiety I got from this group, which I understand as I’d be the same if I did it by myself, but just saying, please use professionals and chill out.
