Where can I obtain a TM6 form for my 90-day report in Thailand?

Hi! First 90-day report question

I entered Thailand on April 29, 2025 with a DTV Visa.

I have to do my first 90-day report. I don’t have a TM 6 Immigration Form (Arrival Card/ Departure Card).

Where can I get it? Is it mandatory to proceed with the 90-day report?

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the TM6 Immigration Form needed for their first 90-day report after entering Thailand on a DTV Visa. It was clarified in the comments that the TM6 form was not issued upon their arrival, and it is not required for completing the 90-day report.
