TLDR : Answer Summary
You can submit the online TM6 form a maximum of 72 hours before your arrival in Thailand, starting from April 28th for arrivals on May 1st or later. Comments also discussed concerns about filling in departure information for Non-O retirement visa holders.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.

Would be interested to know people's thoughts on completing the departure information for holders of Non-O retirement visas? I'm returning to my apartment in mid May and have flight booked but no idea when I'll be departing next. Just fill in a placeholder the day before the expiry of my current visa in October? Although I'll likely make several more sightseeing trips away before then.
So you think that 73 hours before is too soon and 71 hours before is too late? 72 hours before arrival and any time after that is when you complete the DTAC up to the point where you hand over your passport.
