When will the DTAC (TM6) form be available online?

I can't seem to find the website for DTAC (old TM6) form. Any help appreciated. I am not tech savvy. Thank you
Answer summary
The DTAC (old TM6) form is currently not available online, but it is set to return on May 1st. Until then, any forms that require TM6 numbers should be left blank. After May 1st, the form will be available to fill out online.

It back on 1st may only online, if you have a form to fill in with tm6 (as it's suspended) leave it empty just fill the rest of the form ok so to recap ,tm6 returns on 1st may but it's only available online, so till the 1st of May all forms with the tm6 numbers requirements are to be left blank ,after you have to get it online, ok
