How can I provide proof of accommodation for my 12-week trip to Thailand when I have multiple hotel bookings?

I am intending to spend 12 weeks traveling around Thailand this winter. I am currently trying to complete the 60 day single entry visa ( which I intend to extend by 30 days).
But am totally stuck. 
The sticking points are 1. I have a total of 19 different hotels etc that I have booked, but the accomodation section only allows for entries for 2 hotels. I have temporary managed to get through this obstacle (economical with the truth)to see what other nasties await, and sure enough problem 2 (question 5) is they require proof of accommodation for my stay. But this does not allow for 19 different hotels.
Finally going back to question 3. Document indicating current location, as I am currently at home in the UK what do they want?

Help from anyone greatly appreciated because I currently have no idea what to do.

Can someone please point me in the right direction to step by step details of how to combine various documents into 1 PDF for uploading to visa site. Also is it easier on a computer as at the moment just trying on my phone?  Thanks

• Combine bookings if fields are limited: If the online e-Visa system only allows you to input or upload a single or limited number of accommodation entries, merge all your hotel confirmation PDFs into a single PDF document and upload that combined file.

• Match your initial entry: Ensure the primary or first-night address on your application matches your incoming flight and initial itinerary details.                                                        So fill in your first hotel in the first field and upload the pdf of al the following hotels in the  second field                                                                                                                            -Proof of UK Residency / Address:  A UK utility bill, council tax bill, or official tenancy/rental agreement.

Just got my METV using the first weeks accommodation and a utility bill. My friend got his by using his driving licence.

Go to Agoda and book a cancellable hotel that covers the period of your stay. Once you have the visa cancel it, nobody will care if you stay at that hotel or another hotel you have booked.

For current location a utility bill is fine

I use my Driver's License for home location. Yes you can only enter 2 places of stay, but best to upload file for whole trip - if necessary, make a reservation you can cancel to fill in for whole stay, doesn't have to be a paid reservation. Make a pdf of all those hotel reservations to upload.
