Is the Thailand visa exemption still 60 days or has it reverted to 30 days?
Does Thailand still have the 60 days visa exemption or has it gone back to 30 days? I will need to visit for 45 days before going for the DTV in Laos, and I am finding conflicting information on that online. Entry date would be in late August.

It is still 60 days as of today. The Cabinet approved the changes, but it has not yet been published in the Royal Gazette. It becomes law 15 days after publication in the Royal Gazette. There is no indication when it will be published.
