I’m in Thailand on a multi-entry non-o based on marriage. Stamped in until April. If I was to get divorced do I have to leave immediately or by my stamp date?

I plan to go to Savannakhet to apply for the multi entry non-o based on being married to a Thai that lets me stay 1 year by re-entering the country every 3 months. I looked on the embassy website and didn't find the requirements for that visa.

Is it still possible to get it?

A search in the group told me that I need a signed copy of wife ID card, tabian baan and marriage certificate. Do I need to bring the originals as well ? Can I make the trip alone ? Or my wife has to show up there with me ? Also is there anything else I should be aware of ? I have European passport.

Thank you very much for the help !

Hi all, does anyone know of a service in Udon that is doing the visa run to Laos and back yet?

If not and I do it myself, is it ok to be in Laos for 5 minutes and come back or do I need to stay a few days?

I have a multi entry non O visa. Just need to do the 90 day thing.

So this morning I finally got the 60 day extension for my (expired) multi entry non O based on marriage. Was a bit worried about the expired part but i guess amnesty fills that space. Samut Prakan Immigration, standard (covid) procedure, somewhat busy but we were done within an hour and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Thanks to this group, especially the admins for the support, information and straight-talk! See you in late November!

Hi

Looking for abit of help regarding moving to Thailand. I am moving in November and need some help or advice with regards to booking a flight. Is it best to get a return ticket or is it fine having just a one way ticket?

Do you have any tips on hotel close to the bridge on the Thai side and hotels once in Savannakhet?

Also a double check of the paperwork required for the 1yr multi non imm O based on marriage to a Thai.

Thanks in advance
