I don’t need commentary from clowns about my choice so don’t bother with stupidity

My Thai girlfriend is gathering items for a K-1 Visa to come to USA

Needs a translated to English Birth Certificate (has her Thai Cert) and a statement from an Amphur of never being married.

She lives in Bangkok but was born in Roi Et.

I believe she should be able to get this in Bangkok but she thinks the Thai documents lead her to believe she has to get in Roi Et

Anyone know the process?

As Birth Cert is original I think she can get translation and Marriage Certificate anywhere??

Is there any way to get a „proof of residency“ from Immigration without staying at least 75 days and do a 90 day report? I‘m on a NON-O thai wife extension but never had to do a 90 day because I travel frequently. I‘m aware I can get one from embassy but I was told I need both for the yellow book.

Hope this is a valid question in this group. I'm back in BKK and about to register our US marriage in Thailand. I think I've got all the steps down, except the very end... When we go to the Amphur, do we absolutely need to have my wife's Tabian Baan? I read it was more of a suggested document than a requirement. She left it in the US...so just trying to see how necessary it really is once we get to the Amphur. Thanks in advance!

For the purpose of a spouse getting a Dependent Non O Visa / Extension based on the other spouses' completed Non O / Extension (age 50 over)

Questions for friends (not me 😁 )

What documents or other requirements are needed for Two Foreigners - not from the same country to get married in Thailand (having it properly recorded and documented for the Visa question above? ).

Just in the process of getting a house yellow book + Thai ID card from the govt. office in Bang Chak. They already gave me a list of things needed but I just wanted to ensure I've got all the things correct the first time to avoid wasting more time with this, as the gf also has to take a day off work for it.

Anyone did the same process? Below is the list of docs (some a little unsure about)

1. Extract from the population registry from my home country, showing my parents names, translated in Thai and certified by the MFA Thailand.

2. Certified copy of my passport from the Finnish Embassy translated into Thai. This is already certified by the MFA of Finland on the stamp. Does this further need to be certified by the MFA of Thailand?

3. Photos of myself in the condo

4. Work permit

Anything to watch out for in the MFA? the translation agency said they'd get the stamp for 1500 baht per set of documents. Not sure if a ripoff or a good price for the service (trying to estimate the amount of hassle/time it takes in there?) the MFA website says its 400 baht per document.
