Is it possible to get the pink id card with the dtv visa, having the other requirements?
Summary so far
The ability to obtain a pink ID card in Thailand with a DTV visa is complicated. Generally, a yellow house book (tabien baan) is required first, which is difficult to obtain without being married to a Thai citizen or owning property. Each Amphur may have different requirements, and integration into the local community may ease the process. Expats shared varied experiences, with some successfully obtaining the pink ID card without being married or a property owner, while others faced refusals. Thus, the process is office-specific and depends on local regulations.

It would depend on the requirements of your local Amphur/District office. You do have to get a tabien baan/house book first to get the pink card, though.
says, but don't forget each Amphur will have a different requirements, but the more your integrated like with a Thai wife, in a local community the easier your find it.
It only requires the support of the home owner. Source - I got both my tabien baan and pink card this time last year and I'm neither married to a Thai or a condo owner.
I live in my Girlfriend's house, I am neither married nor do I own a condo. I got the yellow housebook issued after a long discussion between the Amphur official and the nephew of my girlfriend. The Amphur official allowed my name and those of my parents being translated into Thai letters by the principal of a school in the town where I live.
I'm in the same position and got refused because I'm not married to a Thai, albeit a good number of years ago. The home owner was at the amphur with me.
How can you not be married to a Thai but be living along the Cambodian border? That's completely bizarre. You must be married to a Thai, else you wouldn't be living where you do. Secondly, you don't even speak Thai do you?
KnowledgeableRaccoon5198 I needed two local government officials to get mine. It wasn't hard -I had the deputy village headman and her offsider attend twice at my local Amphur for me to get the yellow book.
