Do I need a return flight and accommodation booking for my DTV entry into Thailand?
Hello =) I got my DTV granted in February, but I will make my first entry at the end of August (I had some plan changes).
I don't recall if I need a return/exit flight when I get in with the DTV; and the same question for accommodation: Do I need accommodation booking for my whole planned stay that matches exit flight when I access using the DTV?
We're building and adapting the travel plan/route a bit on-the-fly, don't know the exact date for exit, as it depends on how good we find ourselves in Thailand.

You'll need proof of onward travel within 180 days to satisfy your airline and Thai Immigration

DTV is a type of tourist visa so you could be asked for any of the three tourism entry proofs :
- proof of accommodation for at least your first few nights (hotel booking or a letter of invite from a Thai)
- proof of onward travel (international travel ticket leaving Thailand within your initial entry stamp exit by date)
- proof of funds (20,000 Baht or equivalent in any major currency in CASH)

OPGraham Seal The proof of funds has to be in cash? Isn't enough with bank account, mobile banking app showing balance?

Just need hotel for the first couple of nights. My airline required me to have a flight out within the time allowed by the visa. Immigration looked at the hotel didn't ask anything about the flight leaving.

OPDarren Johnson Ok, thanks! I have an AirBnb for the first 2 weeks, and I don't have exit flight for now, only a flight to land Thailand. I guess that's enough to get inside with the DTV then.
