Yeah.... up to 5 years.
That's the rule of this Visa.
You have to leave before 180 days and come back to get the additional 180 days until you get 5 years (maybe you can get out 5 years and 179 days.... have to see).

bkk was easy for me to reenter with dtv medical. i travel well dressed and well groomed, have copy of latest med appt & proof of money in bank. plus it likely helps that grey hair puts me well past the point of looking like i need to work under the table.
