Hello I am a online entrepreneur I have DTV visa now I want to buy a condo in Bangkok but i cannot open bank account with my DTV visa I try all banks no one can open bank account with DTV visa. can you guys help me how can I open ￼￼￼bank account with DTV.

Go to other country and buy. They don't support your live in Thailand with DTV. I bought Condo too but I moved to other country. You don't have account so st hard for you. 😁.

You don't need to have a bank account to buy a condo. Transfer money directly to a real estate company or pay with cash. Many tourists buy condos during their vacation without any bank accounts. Just consult with your real estate agent

if you are really considering buying a condo look into freehold and leasehold because many are leasehold what i advise not to do. most of the time you dont need a thai bank use appllications like wise. also look very well at the location and ground price what it did in the past because value of a place is mostly based on that nothing else.
