I just got an EDU visa in Laos. Is it better to flight to BKK or to cross the friendship bridge by walk? Becouse of all of this problems with immigration that other people have, I am totally afraid even though I never do anything bad.

Arrived Kul yesterday and passed immigration using the auto gates. On way back now and realised I have no entry stamp. If I use auto gates on way out ( no stamp) will this cause an issue entering Thailand via hkt

hello wonderful group.

I'm interested in signing up for a language school In Chiang Mai. It's a real school with good reviews and I intend to actually study.

I know some people arrive with tourist visas and then convert, but I already visited thailand with a tourist visa a few months ago so I prefer to get my ED visa from my embassy.

The posts on Facebook about people having trouble when entering with ED worry me a bit.. it would be my first time entering before I start school. Is getting an ED before my trip the right choice? Will I be able to enter Thailand without problems?

Thanks!

I'm currently in Vietnam. I'd like to transit via DMK to Cambodia, but I heard I'd have to go through immigration at DMK, which I'm nervous to do (long history of exempt entries in Thailand and the dreaded volunteer visa). Is this true? Frankly if I did have to, and they let me through, I'd prefer to just stay in Thailand.

If I go to Thailand wirhout a visa I get 45 days over there. If my ticket is 45 + 30 days, because I will extend my visa over there. Does the airline or check in bali make a problem because there is no visa for the whole period.

I am Dutch and I leave from Amsterdam Schiphol.

Hey guys! I’m visiting Bangkok in July for about 3 months. I’m a digital illustrator and my purpose is to go out on the weekends and have a good time, but I also want to stay in a somewhat quiet area where I can do my artwork during the week. An area close by a mall and shopping centers, groceries stores would be ideal for me. I might me asking for too much 😅 what area of Bangkok do you recommend I stay in? Thank you in advance!

OK, you have paid for your flight and bought your insurance but my question is... How many people have lost their money because they had trouble with the pass and not being able to upload and download an obstacle? Or at some stage you are refused the pass.

Just asking, thank you.

To all Australians who are thinking of coming back to Australia, as of 9 July international weekly arrivals will be cut by 50% to 3,035 per week and most will quarantine in the NT. Just announced by our imperial leader and his esteemed commy premiers. Good luck everyone.
