Does anybody know why my 90 day online could be rejected ? I did it many times in person. This is the first time after I reentered with an reentry visum about 90bdays ago. It is 12 days BEFORE the actual due date.

I work for American company in a different country. I asked my company to provide the company certificate for the DTV visa, but they sent me a certificate of the company that is located in Thailand. Is it enough for the visa or I should ask for the certificate in my country?

Friendly advice: If you will apply for a DTV visa (in my case I was in person in Penang), do not use a broker statement to prove your funds, my application was rejected for that reason, 🙏.

Hearing so many successful application on DTV, am curious on any cases of rejection? As i am planning to make a trip to neighbourhood country of Thailand. Just want to be well prepared in documents to avoid waste trip and whats the reason of rejection for these cities (Vientiane, Hanoi, HCMC, Cambodia)

[Bangkok] 90-day online application rejected. Why?

Took a short holiday and came back on Jan 20 on my re-entry permit (1-year marriage extension).

Then got new a 1-year marriage extension on 14 Feb.

So when exactly do I need to report myself?

I reported in person already before on this passport.

My friend is having trouble getting approved for tourist visa. Last one had no reason whereas before was paperwork. What would this mean?

Have been using 90 day online for a while now.

Never an issue.

Now, first time after a yearly extension, it suddenly got rejected.

No reason given

Just "please come in person to present your passport" in the mail.

So.

Going there Monday.

All good.

Used to do that before anyway 😂

Hopefully will work again online next time.

I applied the Type 'O' visa for investment more than 10 millions. For purchase condo. I cost you 20millions to bought condo, but they still refuse my application,........Immigration assistance as following

1. Total asset cost is thb 20 Million (as per receipt)

2. Land cost appraisal is thb10 million

3. Eligible for apply asset must be thb10 million up. So, that your property on behalf 2 person shares asset cost is thb 5 million/each. It’ s not eligible apply for Non Immigration “O”visa. 😕😕. I very comfused that, what is the 10millions standard, why don't depend on the total asset of sale and purchase agreement. I paid for the condo as the price of sale agreement, not the land cost. How should I do, who can help me.

For members information.. SETV from Hong Kong consulate

I am an Australian (retired) and just collected the SETV.

Documents provided...completed application, signed copy of passport page, signed copy of arrival card/entry slip into HK (all in blue pen..read that somewhere) and passport photo.

All was in order EXCEPT, the photo was rejected as it had a grey-white background instead of white. I was directed down to the Admiralty MTR where there is a photo booth. Returned to the consulate, 30 mins later and the application was then accepted. No questions at all were asked..this on the back of METV and three back to back visa exempts. I return to BKK on Monday and will have the three proofs at the ready.
