I did an original in person 90 day check-in 3 months ago and I have tried doing the next twice, both attempts online have been rejected. Is this normal, is there any suggestions that would help me. thank you in advance
Answer summary
The user faced rejection during online submissions for their 90-day check-in after successfully completing an in-person check three months prior. Community comments suggest that rejection could be due to missing the submission window (2 weeks to 1 week before the due date), discrepancies in address, or possible glitches in the system. Many users share their experiences with both in-person and online submissions, offering tips on navigating the process, emphasizing the importance of timing and verification of personal details. The user later updates that their fourth attempt was successful.

To do it on-line, it have to be done in the window between 14 days and 7 days before expiration date. I’ve done it online for a few years, works like a charm. They send you a reminder two weeks before. One time I saw the mail, forgot about it and then when I remembered it and applied, there were just 5 days left. It got rejected because it was to close to the expiration date, so they wrote that I had to do it in person at the immigration office 😃
That's good to know, I had been abroad and forgotten about the 90 report and happened to be there on day 97 for my yearly extension. They noticed the 90 report and sent me me to the 3rd floor to get that done. To make it worse it was in between 2 public holidays so probably extra busy too. I arrived at the immigration office 830 and left at 1700 🙄
In Bangkok you can book an appointment for 90 days report submission and they call you within minutes of the appointment time. Of course you have to remember to book an appointment when they open 30 days before!
Most likely should have said I'm in Maha Sarakham, think maybe 1 time there were busloads of Chinese people and it may have taken 35-40 mins. Asked y wife why so many, she said dont want to know.
yes I'm at the same address and follow the same address as on my TM 30. I've been told there are some glitches sometime that cause a rejection I will just have to wait and see if my most recent number four application would be rejected which I should receive today late or early tomorrow
Did the emails notifying rejection of your on line submission include a reason like this example? That should help you understand why they were rejected.
there was no reason given on the rejection notification and as I said in my original post I had already done the first 90-day check-in in person at the blue Port Immigration Center
I went yesterday to do my 90 days check in since I got back from abroad on May 1 (have to do in person 90 days check in after flying abroad) they were going at rapid speed yesterday-first time in over a decade that it went this quick and without any issues.
