Does anyone know if there is a new process for entering Thailand, when coming into BKK airport from Cambodia, even if you have a visa? I usually book fast track (normal), just to skip the lines. However, was informed by the company that individuals arriving from Cambodia are no longer eligible, as they are required to utilize a “special” line.

Was approved today in Hanoi Vietnam for the *workation DTV — Canadian passport

Would like to share as this group was helpful during my application process.

•applied on Dec 1st, 10pm — status “pending document approval”

•Dec 2nd, 9pm — “pending approval

*note December 5th was a holiday*

•Dec 9th, 11:30am — “Visa Approved”

Documents included:

•Proof of required funds in account for 4 months

•Proof of business registration

•Letter to state I allow myself to work remotely

•Proof of income through receipts, a contract between a client and bank statements

•Proof of current location through booking confirmation and photo of passport stamp

No additional documents or in-person interview were required of me.

Hi, I have a DTV but haven't been to Thailand since March 2025. I'm thinking of spending a few months there soon and wondering if I can just show my DTV or do I need show current bank statements etc?
