actually the online part is rather convenient imo but the processing time makes a visa run such a terrible experience now.., before it was all done and back to Thailand under 72hours .. , can’t believe I’m actually writing this waiting for my visa for 10 days already now without any clue when it will be finally delivered 😕😕😕Stuart **********

You have to also subtract public holidays in Thailand and the country you apply from as embassy is closed for both countries holidays

You won't receive anything on weekends only Monday to Friday but sometimes you may get emails in the evening.check your emails every 2 hours to see if there were any mistakes that you have to re submitt .holiday period makes it a bit longer mine in ho chi Minh took 7 days
