Do I need to worry if I don't receive a payment confirmation email for my Sri Lanka document check?

It said you will receive payment receipt in your email, I didn’t but it’s showing pending document check and I can actually see the receipt on the system. I am just worried if they ask for additional documents via email, and why I didn’t get any confirmation on email. Does Sri Lanka office communicate vie the system or through emailing ?

Don't worry, if you can see the receipt in the system, then it's paid successfully. I had the same issue. The email with the receipt doesn't come from the embassy; it comes from the bank or payment processor.
