Is it normal for my name to be reversed when submitting the DTV application?

Hello, I have had the same issue with you before, I don’t remember how my name came out but I remembered the order was wrong. But after I submit, a payment slip of 10,000 Baht came out for me and when I check there, my name was in the right order. I know someone else who faced this exact issue and they told me they got it right on their payment slip as well. So if your name is correct on the payment slip it’s all good. Do wait up for other people’s answers as well

As a note, we both have received our DTV.

None of us has a middle name, so I can't compare with our applications. However, I would not worry too much as long as the part in the red square is correct. The part shown in your post is just intended for the signature.
