Hi all. I just got an email saying, "Your visa application has been cancelled." No other explanation was provided. I had applied for the DTV through a legal firm in Thailand - they said they will check with the embassy and find out the reason.
Is it normal to receive a cancellation email without any explanation?
What is the cheapest visa to get for a couple wanting to live in Thailand for the next five years sporadically, like 3 months to 9 months a year. Would it be cheaper to just stay 30 days and extend and do visa runs to neighboring countries or apply for a retirement visa or some kind of digital nomad visa or something else I haven’t considered? Cheaper the better is our priority. We don’t mind traveling and living in neighboring countries.
I’m filling out the DTV visa application and had a quick question — under “Permanent Address,” should I enter my home address in the UK or my Thai address (since I live in Thailand)? I understand that “Current Address” should be my hotel here in Hanoi where I’m currently applying from, but I’m a bit unsure about what they’re expecting for the permanent one. Would appreciate any advice!
Hello, my visa got approved (tokyo embassy) but i got the 6 months visa instead of the DTV. Can i do anything to fix that or did i just loose money and i need to wait 6 month to apply for the DTV again and praying again ?
UPDATE: I went to the embassy I told them that I had a problem with my visa they didn’t care and told me to make a phone call. The phone number for visa is available only from 4:30PM to 5:30PM wtf is wrong with them ?
Hello everyone, I am from Ukraine and I want to do DTV, I plan to go to Kuala Lumpur and apply for a visa online. I am not a resident of Malaysia, all I will have is a hotel booking. Will they approve my visa?
