I tried to get a DTV from a cooking school in Korea, but I was rejected. In this case, it would be meaningless to supplement the documents and put them back in Korea, right?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user was rejected for a DTV visa from a cooking school in Korea and is unsure whether submitting additional documents would be effective. Various comments suggest considering different countries for application, clarifying the origin of the cooking school, and understanding the specific reasons for rejection.
Is the cooking school in Thailand or Korea? Sorry the post is a little confusing. Was the course at least 6 months? Was the application itself rejected ( often due to a mistake in the form) or the visa denied ( often due to not meeting the requirements)??

It must be a cooking school in Thailand, not Korea.

I would apply in a different country that's been known to approve cooking schools. Use the search button for people with experiences in vietnam
