TLDR : Answer Summary
The exchange rate used by the Thai embassy for converting Thai Baht to other currencies like Euro or USD is not fixed and can vary. Several comments indicate that embassies often specify a minimum required amount in the local currency without relying on a specific exchange rate. For reference, recent conversions indicate that 500,000 THB equals approximately 13,300 EUR or about 15,500 USD, but these are subject to change based on the rates used by financial services or institutions.

Embassys dont use exchange rates they use a minimum amount of the currency of the country you apply in.

Revolut would give you 500k baht for just under €13.3k as of today

I would round these numbers up by a few hundred in each case to ensure there is enough
