TLDR : Answer Summary
The exchange rate used by Thai embassies can vary. Some embassies do not apply specific exchange rates but rather specify amounts in the local currency required for visa applications. It's advisable to check the official embassy website for the specific amount required, as well as current exchange rates. Recent discussions suggest an equivalent to about $15,500 USD or €11,500 EUR might be typical amounts referenced, but it’s best to round up to account for fluctuations.

check the embassy website it shows the amount they want you to manage, from washington embassy of thailand "A copy of a recent saving or checking bank statement for the last three months with an ending balance of no less than 500,000 THB or ($16,000 USD) "..........so wherever you are applying from check there website....but i would say USD

Mid market rate about 13,500 euro, some embassies may specify a particular amount. Include a forex screenshot or conversion rate for the date you apply

Embassys dont use exchange rates they use a minimum amount of the currency of the country you apply in.

Revolut would give you 500k baht for just under €13.3k as of today

I would round these numbers up by a few hundred in each case to ensure there is enough

Better round with more than a few hundred, most embassies ask quite a bit more, so rounding up EUR and USD to at least the next thousand.

what do you mean most embassies ask for quite a bit more? Is that something you have made up or do you actually have hard data showing the figures that "most embassies" are asking for

@Ray ****
look at the stories of US embassies asking

. Why you don't believe members here? If you need some hard proof and don't believe others, just ask yourself. It must be a very hard live for you, distrusting everything.
