What supporting document should I upload to the Thai E-Visa website for my Non-O Visa application based on marriage?

Hi all, just looking for some clarification on the Thai E-Visa website. I'm applying for the Non-O Visa based on marriage at the Thai Consulate in Savannakhet. I am currently in Thailand.

On the E-Visa website on step 4, "Supporting Documents", it asks for "Document indicating current location".

Would this be where I upload the Laos Visa once I enter Laos? Or would this be my current Thai location, such as my TM.30?

Appreciate any guidance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on what specific document to provide as the "current location" when applying for the Non-O Visa on the Thai E-Visa website. They ask whether to upload their Laos visa or their Thai TM.30. A commenter advises that the current location should be the Laos visa/entry stamp, and explains that the TM.30 is not applicable outside Thailand.

It's where you upload your Lao visa/entry stamp

Also use the address of the place you're staying at in Lao when you apply, then put your thai address as your permanent one

Just so you know, the TM30 is no value outside thailand, AND once you stamp out when you come back you have to file a new one

Appreciate the help. So I should not click "Done" on the E-Visa website until I upload a picture of my Laos Visa, is that correct?

you do not want to submit the data until you have that whole application filed out, and that means, proof of your location (that you're in Lao) proof of funds, CHECK the data that the MRZ auto filled when you scanned your passport, etc

It's not a race, ๐Ÿ™‚ get it right (y) check it carefully, THEN submit it once you have it complete and ready to go

You'll get the confirmation (which you need to PRINT) and then you go to the consulate to pay for the visa (showing that print out to get in the gate)

What is the MRZ stand for

Machine Readable Zone, it's that set of numbers letters on the bottom of the data page of your passport, you scan that and the system auto fills in the data (but it gets it wrong a LOT of the time and if you submit an application with a data entry error it's cancelled and you lose your funds)
