DTV Approved

Business

Sweden

Took around 7 days total

Super seamless and easy

* Showed statement of 500k baht - 2 different accounts, had funds in account for about a week or two

* Statement explaining why it's in 2 diff accounts

* 2 past invoices that I sent to my main client

* Contract with the company I'm consulting for

* Additional contract between me and the co-founder for the company I consult for, showing average earnings based on past months etc.

* Proof of my location from Skatteverket

And that's it, hope it was helpful for someone

Finally got the last bit of paperwork for my DTV Visa. I'm applying in Los Angeles embassy. What is the wait time these days? Last time I checked a couple months ago it was two or three weeks. Thank you

Nearing my 6 months. Wanting to stay longer. Any reliable and cheaper visa/border run agency services from Pattaya?

I’ve read that visas for retirees are getting stricter and more enforced. Would the same restrictions be applied for other visas when applying from abroad or online? During the week over 10k student visas got questioned. Stories I’ve seen online.

Hello! Do you think it is more easy to apply for a muay thai or thai cooking visa? I love both muay thai and thai cooking so really hesitating haha

I’m aware that 500k THB bank statement is required but I’d like some clarification regarding how long?

I know it says 3 months, but I’ve seen some say online that applications have been accepted while they only had 1 month statements of the funds available.

Hi everyone, I have a Destination Thailand Visa and under remarks it says Thai Culinary (as I've enrolled it with a cooking class course for 6 months).

Does anyone know if this restricts me only to cooking courses for the validity time of the visa, or could I re-enroll in a different soft power activity (for example Muay Thai) after 180 days when I do a border run?

Question about bank statement:

How recent must it be? Should it be from the same day or the day before you apply?

For anyone who's experienced with this topic:

· My 3 months Non B visa was expired on August 26 and I didn't cancel it on the immigration here in Bangkok.

· On the same day I did border run to get 60 days stamp.

· Not sure if my employer had already cancelled my work permit but it was due to expire next year

Question: If ever I applied for a Non B visa again with a new employer, Visa extension and work permit, will I have problems? Because I read a post about immigration making him pay 20K THB when he did 1 year visa extension for his job with new employer because he didn't cancel his 3 months non B visa when he ended his job with former employer. Does anyone have similar experience with this? Thanks

Hello, I'm currently living in the US, looking to obtain a long term visa. I was interested in the long term O-X visa. I don't have any problems with the requirements, except that I have a misdemeanors from 2003 and 2017. No felonies. It says on the Thai website that I have to have a clean criminal record. Am I screwed? Any suggestions? I also could do a marriage visa down the road. Thanks for any input.
