TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is nearing the end of a 6-month stay in Thailand and is seeking reliable and affordable visa or border run agency services from Pattaya to extend their stay. Commenters suggest that instead of a lengthy border run, the user should consider flying to a nearby country like Kuala Lumpur or Vietnam for a mini-vacation, which can help reset their visa status. Additionally, there are mentions of getting an ED visa or checking for DTV visa options.

As everyone else says, get on a plane and visit somewhere for the weekend.

The best part of being in Thailand is the ability to travel and explore neighboring countries.

Just book a flight.

Make life easier on yourself.

For like 5K or less baht you can fly to Vietnam, spend a few days and fly back. Or get an ED visa for like 25K in Pattaya.

Wouldn’t fancy a border run from Pattaya to Lao becasue that’s the only place you can go by road

FirstNameLastName it’s totally nuts. It’s like 24 hours of driving, you stop for a few hours to get the visa and come back. Lol nightmare. It’s also like ฿7000 or something if you have a dtv. Better to fly

Instead of sitting in a van all day, take a flight to a nearby country and have yourself a mini-vacation. Kuala Lumpur is a good option.
