I already asked them via email but their answer is just „If you have Thai long-term visa and re-entry, you reach visa application regulation. please visit

2) How soon should I start the process? I’m planning to go Feb 2026.

3) My partner (same sex) has a job offer in Thailand and we’re discussing if she can write a sponsorship letter instead of showing funds. Any experience on this?

4) Any suggestions for a country where I can apply given my situation?

5) Do I need to enroll for a soft power course every 6 months until the 5th year?

About to apply for a non o based on marriage. Have not had enough funds in the bank untill now to do so ( just received an inheritance). How long does money need to have been in the bank for the non o 90 day to be approved.? I know they want three months statements The balance now is very heathly but for the previous three months was below the required funds.?

I have a DTV visa and I opened an account with Bangkok Bank last year, i had problems making scan payments so last week I went to the bank in person, they told me my account has been frozen, I was asked if I wanted to close my account, I told them no, I have about 5000 bhat.

Im hoping the situation improves in a couple of months and simply they unfroze my account one day.
