TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a NON-O visa based on marriage, it's necessary to provide three months of bank statements. However, some consulates may accept the required funds as long as they are in the account on the date of the visa application. Therefore, having a healthy balance at the time of application could be sufficient, even if the funds were previously below the required amount.

I wasn't going to let this post on seeing as you don't say where you're applying for the Non-O visa (what consulate) ๐ I declined the post, even messaged you but then say you didn't read the messages I'd sent you back in July ๐
So guess I'll let it on the group give you the answer and hopefully you will check your message requests in messenger ๐
They want 3 months of bank statements when you apply for the visa online
BUT
most consulates (dunno if the one you are applying at or not is one of them) will accept the funds being in the bank on the date you apply for the visa and do not require the 400K to be in the account for the previous 3 months
