Im currently in Thailand on a 60 day free entry stamp and have been to immigration and got a 30 day extension on that . Ive booked a ticket to Laos a few days before I need to leave Thailand and will be applying to the Thai embassy in Vientiane for the 90 day non O at that time. I dont have a Thai bank account yet. I'm married to a Thai national and will be looking to extend the non O based on marriage. The more I read the more confused I get and am hoping for some solid advice from those that have been in my situation.

How can I extend my stay in Thailand for 3 months without risking issues with immigration?

I've flown in 5 times this year. Longest stay was 45 days. Not once was i questioned by immigration. Always flew in and out of Suvarnabhumi.
