Can anyone recommend a Visa Agent in Bangkok Ekkamai area? I have to do 90 day reporting would rather pay them.

I have a Non O retirement visa but now married to a Thai lady

Any benefits to switch to the marriage visa or should I leave alone? I have to redo in January

Just received this message from my health insurance company. Does anyone know if this in effect yet? Does immigration still mandate a Thai insurance company or can we show international health insurance certificate? We live in Hua Hin and due to renew O-A October 13 - many thanks!

It has come to our attention that there are already immigration offices in certain provinces asking for the 3,000,000 THB certificate for the renewal of your non-OA visa. In some provinces however, immigration still accepts the ‘old’ 400,000/40,000 THB certificate. We therefore kindly advise you to first check with your local immigration office which insurance certificate is needed for the renewal of your non-OA visa,

Not sure if this has been asked before as I can’t find with search.

If my DTV is approved can I apply do motorbike lessons and get a Thai motorbike licence? I do not have a motorbike licence from my home country as I have never needed one at home.

Entered without any issue or questions, and I’ve just been out of Thailand for 2 months the previous 3 years while staying on tourist and ED visas.

Just returned from Laos to Don Mueang. First time getting stamped with DTV. Easy Process. IO only asked for passport, TDAC and Visa. I didn't have mine laminated, I only had on my phone, but it wasn't a problem. She stamped me in for 6 months. No worries If you have a DTV. You shouldn't have any problems.

I submitted my DTV application and they asked for additional information - the reason, you need to submit "Your recent proper photo for visa".

My question - I literally submitted the same photo I used to renew my passport just one month ago. What am I missing/did I miss on the "recent proper photos for visa" requirement. It seems I am the first person to get the rejection. Nothing found in the search on this group. Thanks.

Hello,

We submitted a DTV application for my partner in Jakarta 10 days ago, but we haven’t received any update yet. Since I need to apply after her and we are planning to travel to Thailand within a week. Is there anything we can do to speed up the process?

Thank you very much for your help

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to apply for a DTV visa. If I get approved, will I be able to add my husband afterwards?

I'm planning on going to Laos to apply for the non-o 90 day visa, I have 4 weeks left on my 60 day exempt tourist visa (Australian). I am living in Udon Thani and have a 12 month contract on a condo, the TM 30 has been done for 12 months by the agent and condo owner, I will visit the immigration office in Udon Thani soon to get a residence certificate.

I have the required 3 months bank statements necessary for the visa application....the question is should I use a visa agent in Vientiane, Laos to help with applying for the visa through the Thai embassy in Vientiane and does anyone have recommendations of a good visa agent in Vientiane.

Thank you in advance.
