TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Thailand visa from Pakistan, it's advisable to provide a physical bank statement that is signed by the bank. However, a digital bank statement emailed directly from your bank should also be acceptable for online uploads. It's recommended to obtain both types of statements since some applicants have been called in for interviews regarding their financial documentation.
The digital statement should be OK, since you have to upload it online. However, if you can get a physical statement, do so, since many Pakistanis have been called in for interviews. In summary, get both.
