she is saying we have to pay for all damages and cleaning due to this incident on top of her keeping our deposit as we are “breaking the contract” and “the deposit is not enough to cover her losses”. Even if the lawyers costs more I don’t have a choice, this is too much.

I guess experience and arrogance gets to the heads of people who don’t have much confidence and putting others down boosts it?

But to answer the question, I did my first 90 day report early and in person. I’m trying to do the 2nd one online. It’s due 90 days from the first report and not from the last day of the first 90 days.

Can I extend my 30-day visa exemption for an additional 4 days in Bangkok for tourism purposes?

Correct me if i’m wrong but you first entered on a 60 day tr which you then extended by 30 days followed by 2 border bounces which gave you 30 days each. If so and you’re currently on your 2nd border bounce you can extend again for 30 days.
