Second 90 day visa? At the end of our visa we plan to go back to Thailand and reapply for a second 30 or 90 day visa. Is this permitted?

To my fellow Americans that married their Thai wives in Thailand. I have to ask this dumb question. Have you ever submitted the following visas below? What is the difference between the two?

- Immigrant visa for a Spouse of a U.S. Citizen

- Nonimmigrant visa for spouse (K-3)

Long term plan is to retire in Thailand. For now, outside her visa to states which I believe it allows 6 months stay at a time. I wanted something more concrete if I decide to go back and work there.

It says the visa has to be issued here in Thailand since we got married here. I'm open for feedback or suggestions.

Hi I thought I could get a 3 month visa and apply for my year ao visa once inside the country. I can't see how to get the 3 month visa though. Does it still exist or did it all change with the e-visa situation

I'm a two dimensional visual artist, and I've planned a project in Thailand, painting and photography, of the people and places. After selling a particular piece I wish to share a percentage of the proceeds with the subject, and with a charity. I'm an American citizen and I believe a 60-day tourist visa is appropriate, but after reading stories about "working" in Thailand, I'm concerned. Should I apply for something else? A business license, perhaps?

Hi, just to confirm. My friends, UK citizens, entered Thailand and got a visa exempt for 30 days and they would like to extend their stay. As far as I have searched, for the visa extension process, one would need - photo, passport front page, visa stamp page (both original and copy), TM 30 and forms at the immigration office. Are there any more documents they need for the extension? Thank you!

Hello to all the group. I need to apply for my second retirement visa extention in Bangkok.

May I ask as to whether there have been any changes to procedures, documents required and advice for the process since a year ago?

Can anyone forward me the usual flyer with instructions and recommendations, updated if its the case?
