Hi just a quick Question, before I send a Enquiry to the lawyers in Bangkok to get more information on the matter I am a Forex Trader wanting to stay in Thailand with a Dtv visa... I am based in the uk been in Thailand for 6months now using the visa on entry, I trade and I have a good income with good savings, is it possible that I fall in any of the categories they have to be eligible?

As a trader what document are you submitting to prove digital nomad or freelance.... I am trying as a full time forex trader I don't know if we can submit our trading account statement as proof...

If anyone had tried and got thru in getting DTV visa as a stock/forex trader pls share your experience

Hi everybody, I would like to know if there are some people that can give me some advice. I'm planning to do some trading on the Forex market in Thailand. The Broker that will be used is in a foreign country and the money that are made with the trading will be in a cloud account. Do I need a work permit for trading in Thailand. I need some answers from Forex traders please.

Anyone know the visa requirements for trading (forex/crypto) as a self run business? Want to cover my ass with visa/work permit/tax when withdrawing funds, not a small amount want to make sure i'm not caught out. Doesn't seem like the investment visa covers this.
