Does anyone know if I hold a USA passport, am I able to enter Thailand say on Oct 25, then leave on Nov 8th to Vietnam for a week, then re-enter Thailand on Nov. 16th until going back to the USA on December 15th, all without a visa? Thanks

How long can I stay in Thailand with this visa

Hello everyone. Please forgive me if my questions are too basic. I am marrying a Thai resident in May in Oregon and she is here on a green card. We would like to build a house for us to live in a small town near Nakhon Si Thammaret in the future. Her family lives there and we want to build on her ancestral land. My question is if I’m married to a Thai citizen, how difficult is it to live as a married couple in Thailand as a US citizen? The only advice I’ve received was to get a service to handle my visa where I would send them documents to maintain a visa to live in Thailand. No idea of cost and who does this work. Haven’t tried following up because it will be several years before we go and I imagine things could change there with rules.

1. Is there any minimum expiry date of residence contract to apply a retirement visa? We have 1 year-contract extension from previous 3 year-contract but will end in August meanwhile my husband would like to apply in June after his visit his country.

I have a retirement visa valid until March 25 i am returning to UK April 25th this year am i allowed to stay in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 for 6 months if i have a single re-entry stamp back to Thailand 🇹🇭? How does the 90 day stamp from immigration work if i am not in Thailand 🇹🇭 when mine would be due to be stamped on 1st July 2024 do i do it online while i am in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿?

I am abit confused . I am currently married with thai and with a child born in thai.

In order to get non o 15 months I have to apply 3 months at my home embassy first then I apply 12 months in thailand ? Am I right ?
