TLDR : Answer Summary
You cannot extend a 90-day Non-O visa by 1 month. The only available extension options are a 1-year extension of stay or a 60-day extension for those with a Thai spouse or child.

No, the only extension available is the one year extension of stay, unless you’re married Thai or have a Thai child and can apply for the standard 60 days extension visiting Thai family.

No, you cannot get a 30 day extension to a non-O visa. The only extensions available to a non-O are the 1-year extension and the 60-day visiting Thai family extension if you have a Thai wife or Thai child.
