TLDR : Answer Summary
You have received a single entry tourist visa valid for 90 days. After entering Thailand, you will be granted a 60-day entry stamp. The 30-day extension can be applied after the 60 days, meaning it is an addition to your initial stay, allowing for a total of up to 90 days in Thailand from the date of entry.

Your visa is valid for 90 days. That means you must enter Thailand on or before 18 January. When you enter you will receive a 60 day entry stamp.
